Introduction to injuries and suggested modifications

In this course we will be discussing different factors relevant to injuries in Yoga. Keeping in mind that Yoga practices can cause injuries and students are likely to have pre-existing injuries.
It will look at ways to prevent injuries in your Yoga classes while looking after your own body when teaching.
There is a downloadable PDF with points and references from the lecture.
It is a purely theoretical workshop.
Please keep in mind that this is in no way a diagnostic manual, it is suitable for the scope of practice for general Yoga teachers.
