These short classes are an ideal introduction to the practice of Yoga and/or a refresh on some of the more technical details of Suyra Namaskar.
Suitable for all levels, the first four sessions are 30min and the last lesson is slightly longer.
Each lesson gives a gentle layering and progression to your practice.
This is a perfect add on if you are currently doing live online classes with me and are looking to recap some of the more basic principles that can sometimes be lost during online sessions.
Please have a Yoga mat, strap and block accessible.
